Delivery times usually range from 3 to 5 working days depending on your location in Pakistan. Orders placed from major cities may be delivered faster.

What if I receive a wrong or defective product?

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange exchange based on the situation. Kindly share clear pictures/videos of the item for verification.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer a 7-days exchange policy for defective or damaged items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Contact must be made within 72 hours of delivery
  • Return shipping charges may apply

Note: We do not accept exchange for reasons like “change of mind” or “wrong color/size” unless the error is from our side.
