Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed At any (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation a short message thorough slip with your tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s portal.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take care in packing our smartwatches securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include photos of damaged packaging/items if applicable.
  • We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement.
